Size 1" ID x 1.25" OD x 4" L. Just bought one on Amazon.com for $40.00. Also purchased a strut-pro removal tool so I don't have to drop the rudder.

I still have Dan's cutlass bearing tool mentioned in this thread:
https://c34.org/bbs/index.php/topic,8920.15.html

I can ship to whoever may need it (just pay for shipping).

Cliff : I always get mine from Defender.  It is a "Blackfish"!!

Guys : You do NOT have to drop the rudder to change out the cutless bearing!!!

A thought

Fatamorgana:

Perfect timing!  I'm doing my cutless bearing during haul out in the next month and would love to take the removal tool off your hands as the next custodian.  I sent you a PM with my address.

Thanks,

Lockdown of marinas and yacht clubs ended yesterday and I was able to get in to start work on the boat in preparation for launch. First task was the cutlass bearing replacement as I was anxious to try out my StrutPro tool. Worked great. Total time was 40 minutes. Now that I know what I am doing, I'm sure that I could change one in 30 minutes max.
