I'm with Jim. Think of it as a fishing reel, if you let out with your thumb on the reel, it will tangle.

Pull it out an you can likely match it up with something on Amazon.

The parts you're talking about are pretty inexpensive.  Since a bad float mechanism seems most obvious, I'd get new float from CD or match it up on Amazon. If that doesn't work then try a new gauge.

I had to turn the bilge pump on at the panel before the head shower switch.  Both needed to be on to operate.

Your boat is an MK1 so plumbing is different than MKII.  I had similar problem.  I had a Jabsco check valve before the anti-siphon valve.  Check that the direction of flow on the check valve is correct.  The Jabsco check valve has a logo with an arrow but the directional arrows are on the valve are different.  Don't be fooled by the logo.

There should be a breaker on the electrical panel that operates the solenoid.  Check if it's on.  As I recall you are suppose to light the aft burner first.

It doesn't take much to start our engines.  You should have no problem starting with a 800 CCA battery.  I used a 550 CCA 80ah FLA battery to start.  No problem.

I trying to gain some perspective on your question and I'm not an electrician but if you operate a 1100 watt appliance (microwave) through an inverter, you would draw approx 100amps (1100watts at 12v = 91.6amps plus some conversion loss).  Now you try and start the engine at the same time.  Seems like the answer would depend on the state of charge and capacity of the lithium battery.

As Noah suggested, I think you're missing the point of a start battery.

Try Kubota dealer or Westerbeke. I believe someone did remove the oil pan without raising the engine.  Required skinny arms.  Getting it back in with the gasket aligned is another matter.

Replace the zincs in the heat exchanger as required.  Inspect all components as required.

I also replaced the exhaust riser when the flange connection to exhaust manifold was rusting out.  Didn't want the riser to blow in some remote location.

Amazon has a variety.  The nice thing about CD is they have the right specs. Measure your opening and connection type carefully.

So how do you solder a butt connector that's been crimped?

Yes, where the aft water tank is (was). The sensor and controller on the ceiling.  As I recall there were factory installed 2"x4"'s for the quadrant I mounted them to. A buss for all connections to power and SeaTalk on the exterior aft cabin locker.  As I recall, the quadrant was a nonferrous metal.

Mine was an MK1.  Both the sensor core and the control box should not need much attention once working.  I chose to install behind the aft bulkhead.  Sensor on the ceiling, control box on the outside of the aft locker.
