Hi,
Same problem with mine.
To remove, slide in the middle and while someone lift on the top shelf you should be able to lift the sliding door and pull the bottom toward you.

Since the door overlap each other, I replace the brocken door in the back track and the brocken section in the middle, so the front door hide it.

I also light sanded one side of the acrylic door and painted.  Make a huge difference make the inside brighter.

Also, the question the other site was asked by an oday boat owner.

Hi,

As said, I never heard anyone here doing this every fall.   All boats being hauled out.

But, if this would be required because of the hull flexing while being pulled out of the water and then having it stand on stands.

What about the hull during navigation in waves.  Having the hull going up and down.  Sorry but the water pressure applied on the hull is not equaly distributed at this situation.

But, not being a naval architect ....

Hi,
I do haul out every year and never did this.

Hi,

The cushion being wet, is it on top, water droping or the underside of the cushion.

It happened to me, top only, and found out that the opening ports screen had been put back upside down after removing them for cleaning week before.
There is a gasket around the screen that is not continuous.  The joint had been placed at the bottom, so it left a little gap for water to make it's way.

Always fun to track leaks.
Good luck

Hi,

If you winterize all the water system + Wh as it should be, you wll be fine for this part.

For the engine, you should have a heat exchanger, so no issue of a crack engine block.

But the T fitting between the thru hull and strainer is great.  Every fall I keep telling my self "I have to do this"
I take off the hose from the thru hull and put it in the antifreeze bottle.  Take 2 min to winterize HX.

HI,

I understand that everyone needs are different.
But on the boat, I try to not use equipment requiring electricity.  Help to relax.

Have solar panel that keep batteries full, and frigo running all summer.

One thing to consider, is that noise travel easy and clear on the water.  Your neighbors at ancor might not enjoy your gen.

Hi,
As Jim mention, there is a drawing in the manual.  Take it to a local welding shop and they will be able to give you a manufacturing price.
Then call a transport company to have it delivered to the marina.  Even some towing guys with there flat bed could transport.

The marina cannot rent you jack stand.  Most of the marina here have them and rent them for the winter time.
The beauty of stand.  Are easier to bring them to  different marina if you decide to change the next year.

Hi,
If you re referring to the engine side.
It is standard "prestone" that you will find at any autopart store.
