Thank you Jon. I think that is a good unit. I hope so because in my last trip from Quebec  to  Cuba last year my raymarine smart pilot didn't make the job in the sea. It was ok in the intracoastal but just there.

Hi everybody, I'm looking for a new autopilot and I found a wheel pilot  CPT autopilot that it's seem interesting and less expensive than a below deck autopilot. Is there someone who knows that pilot.

Hi everybody i have a problem with my engine belt. I have a m35bc 1997 and i am in bahamas since a couple of month and this morning i have check my engine and a saw that my belt were very loose. So i decided to adjust and i saw that the adjustement is at the end of the bracket. I have changed the belt and the new seems to be to long to. I have the good number of the belt by universal motor . My question is can i buy a new one little shorter and why my belt do not fit. Is it possible that the the pulley on the alternator is wearing?

I am not sure exactly where i will install the katadin 40 but probably under my bed in front because i had a climatiser with a dedicated thru hull and the katadin is not big and my water tank is there but the problem is when you start the desall you need to check if the water is good before to fill the tank and we need a place to reject the salt. Other option is i can install ouside rear of the boat fixe on a plywood just under my starboard seat and ready to fill the tank in rear. I just need to install the hose in the water and the little hose of reject salt beside. I can make a nice white box and easy to see the water maker .
