Got them yesterday.  US$124 total cost delivered to Canada.  They obviously fit well and look like they are a great product.

I did notice many boats at our Club have a block that rotates only in one dimension; mine get double duty (I use these for my spinnaker as well) so I think these are a much better choice to provide the best geometry.

Similar thing just happened to me; the sheave broke in half and fell off.  I was thinking of trying to save some money by drilling out a rivet and replacing just the block (or sheave) but even those were expensive.  The only track car I could find didn't have bearings and was over $100.  After checking almost all of the chandleries here in Toronto I read this thread (lesson learned!).  Thanks guys.

The ladies that I spoke with were terrific, in fact they corrected a price listed on the Internet to be $12 less than advertised.

We have a few options for our 1¼ inch T-Track.  Looking at their "specs" page I think we need the Series 40, with Maximum line size 5/8", Sheave diameter 2-5/8", and Safe working load of 2,800 lbs.

Part number suffixes include US for Stainless Steel, UAB for Anodized Aluminum Black, and UAG for Anodized Aluminum Grey.

I went with the 40-40UAG and they are charging me US$51 plus shipping (thank goodness they use USPS vice UPS who kill us with border fees).

When they arrive I will add to this thread how things worked out.
