We are in the market for a C34 on Lake Champlain in Vermont.
We are open to moving the right boat up to the lake... but that does cut into the price we can offer.  Part of what attracted us to this boat is the great resource this site is. So thanks to all of you who maintain this.

I may need to replace the water heater on a 34 mark II. What's the best way to remove it from its location under the seat? Do you have to pull the two 4D batteries? it looks like a real PITA job
