Peyton:  I forgot to mention the p/n 17011-53620 Gasket, Nozzle Piece.  You will need three.

Cheers,

Peyton:  I did this project last year and ordered new injectors for my 25XP from TractorSmart.  The p/n is 70000-65209 for all 3 injectors.  You're in luck as it looks like the price as dropped to $61.94 each.  :clap

Cheers,

Kathy

Finally, a chance to pay it forward a wee bit.  Everyone -thank you so much for all of the excellent advice and how-to.  My C34 is much safer and more reliable because of you.  I hope to contribute more in the future but you all are hard acts to follow.  So far, I'm just trying to keep up.  This past year, my projects have included most of the electrical upgrades, new water hoses, new hump hose, muffler repair, heat exchanger maintenance, etc.  Right now I'm knee deep in upgrading to the Vetus K75 engine mounts.  All of the projects have gone extremely smoothly thanks to the information from this forum.  :clap  :clap  :clap  Next on the list are a clean fuel tank and a smaller salon table.  I hope the heat breaks soon for some fabulous fall wind!

Thanks so much for the great advice and detailed instructions :thumb: :clap

Question:  What paint did you use to re-paint the heat exchanger?  Is there a recommended source for the original engine paint color?

Thanks again!

Hello Again,

Seems that once I sent my first post everything opens up automatically.   :clap  Go figure.

Hello,

I keep getting this error message when I try to open the jpg attachments:
"An Error Has Occurred!
It seems that you are not allowed to download or view attachments on this board."  I've searched, checked profiles and security settings, etc and updated everything I can.  I also tried another computer system.  Finally I give up.   :cry4`  Does one need special permission to be able to view the attachments?

Thanks for your help!
