It is an M-25XP. After 8+ years on the forum and preparing to sell her, no real push to add it.
The thermostat has been sticking a bit lately. So, with an eye on selling her, a new one is in order along with annual water impeller change.

This issue is with my C-34. The Wellington has a 85hp Perkins 4-236

No I did not. That was my next step. I'll be doing that when I replace my thermostat and pump impeller. Thanks for the hint.

It has been ages since my last post. We have been working hard bringing our Wellington 44 to sea worthy status. However, we were relocating to a new marina the other night and at the end of the 10 mile motor/sail, I was powering down. The cabin filled with a black, sooty smoke. The interior was coated with the stuff. Engine was running normally and all of the levels were as they should be. I continued to my dock (3 minutes).

In the day light, I inspected the under sink engine access on the port side head. It was sooty. The muffler looked to be streaked with a black fluid. Any suggestions before I pay for something I can do myself?

Thanks for the info. Living on board in Florida, the seasons consist of Spring, Summmmmmmmmer, and Fall. We had a 12k before and it just didn't hack it. With our current 16k Mainaire, the temp keeps cool during the day AND the humidity stays about 60%. Also, I am able to push air from under the v-berth, via ducting, into the v-berth, main salon, head, and aft cabin.

I installed a duct fan before the head. By the time the air has been pushed that far, it is still cool but, a bit weak. I have that on it's own breaker so that on the cooler days when we don't run the a/c, we still have air circulation back there.

I installed a 16K btu Marinaire about 3 years ago. Not the smartest choice I've made......

The unit is broken - again. Do NOT buy this brand.

Now, I am comparing the Wabasco FCF 16k to the Marine Air 16k. What is this esteemed groups recommendations. Both are reverse cycle heating.

If you are pulling the Lab from the water, use your boom as a crane arm and run a line over it. Connect the line to the harness and lift the boom with your topping lift. Then swing rover on board when high enough. I've done that from C-22's through C-34's. Fortunately, our big dog would climb the swim ladder on our 34 once you got his paws on it.

Look on InflatableBoatParts.com they have some great adhesives. I am rebuilding my WM dinghy using their single part for PVC. So far it seems to be working. I will also be replacing my transom.... that will be the proof. Check out this video, and others on the web.

Where can I ground the new line from the fridge? I have to refrigerators on Kitty's Cat. These line go to a buss bar for both fridges.

Thanks Ron & Stu. Tapped into that buss bar and "SHAZAM!", that was it. 

I am rewiring my fridge breaker as I have moved the refrigerator to next to the ice box. The red line (Circled in blue) goes to the refrigerator breaker. I have looked for the black line and cannot find it. Where can I ground the new line from the fridge? I have to refrigerators on Kitty's Cat. These line go to a buss bar for both fridges.
