Eric.  Check out the Mack Pack at Mack sails. We had no issues with the lazy jack lines rubbing or touching the mast or spreaders during sailing or at rest in our slip. Good luck.

The pic you posted that shows the head sink shows the oem switch for the shower sump. The switch is to the right of the head sink access. It may also state that. That switch on  the head / nav wall was  all owner installed for what-ever. Good luck

Interesting,  but with the exception of the first pic I don't think the rest are a 34.
Not a really big deal.

When I enlarge you pic I see the edges and the areas that are worn out. I believe that most canvas shops would agree that spending $500-1000 is not worth it based on stability of remaining material.

On our tall rig the 50' is from water line to mast head. 119' is correct length for main halyard.  Good luck

Assuming you have the space in your battery location the proper orientation for the battery cells are to have them running port to starboard, not bow to stern. This will help minimize the plates being uncovered.

Ronco-plastics.com makes our tanks. CD resells them. At the Ronco site it will have the dimensions for the B179 tank or for 400 others. Additionally they will make it for you with all inlet, outlet or vent ports where you want them.

The crack above the strut will show as as a half circle. When the strut is installed it is adjusted and aligned with the shaft. The bolts are completed and the area is then filled in. Ive seen this from pics  from the factory.

I had this crack when I purchased Clarity in 2007. I ground out a slight "V"  in the area and all is well. MY STRUT WAS NOT LOOSE.

The curved track should not be an issue, Garhauer has a number that should work. One example from their site.
