Title: keel bolt socket please confirm 1 1/8
Post by: kerk fisher on June 05, 2006, 05:09:17 AM
I've been searching the Forum and discovered two different sizes for keel bolt sockets. Which is correct? 1 1/8 or 1 1/4? Thanks, Kerk

Kerk : If you'd have looked in "Projects" you would have seen a picture of the tool I made !!  You'll also need a universal for 2 of the keel nuts and an extension a little longer than 9" to do the job.  Equally as important as the of 1 1/8" size, is that it MUST be 4 " deep!!
The information is there for the reading.
