I wanted to replace my mainsalon cushions, I priced them from several local shops and the prices were higher than CD. I also was not comfortable with their experience in cushions. I will attach one of the estimates.I have decided to order new cushions from CD. CD is using the same pattern and maker that catalina used. I would like to offer my original ones for free. I do not want to hassle with shipping them though. I would ship the covers but not the foam or someone can pick up locally. I am including a picture.

Same pattern as mine. They look in decent shape. Why replacing? I could use aft cabin covers.
I replaced the births a couple of years ago and have given them away already. Wife wanted to freshen/ newer material type cushions. We bought the older 34 because we liked this model1.5. We like the narrow stern with the walk thru. Thinking I have about 10 to 15 years left for sailing and by then the cushions would be 45 years old.
Guys : I had all mine recovered and redone in ultraswade (with one or two had foam replaced) in Deltaville Va for about $2500!!

I took the cushions to the boat today. The snaps do not all line up so I will have to move the male part. I think that may be the easiest, some photos. I am pleased with the look and fit. The cushions are much more comfortable. I think the color will look better when I put the floor board in and I like the look with the new sliding doors. They sent an extra cushion for the end of the port setee, which came on the newer models.

What fabric did you order? I did not see a smooth fabric as a option on CD site? They only show textured fabrics!

You have to ask CD about a fabric upgrade to get the Ultraleather option There is an slight price increase and I beleive they support three different colors of Ultraleather. I worked with Kevin at CD and he was really helpful.
