I sent this email on March 20, 2020:
Dear C34IA Board Members (Fleet Captains & Past Commodores) and Officers,
This is usually the time of year for our annual election and conference call.
Unfortunately, the global circumstances have put a halt on everything.
Both Commodore Noah Rosenblatt and Vice Commodore Jon Windt have graciously agreed to serve another year, having already served for two years, and they have both made additional contributions to our Website Organizing Committee.
We feel it would be prudent, therefore, to hold off and postpone an election this year. The same for the conference call with over a dozen of you, who most likely have personal and familial responsibilities to attend to in these trying times.
We appreciate your patience and understanding.
