Just a question, when scrubbing the topsides do you start at the bow or stern? I start at the bow however when I finish in the cockpit area I always leave foot prints.
I start in the cockpit, then move to the bow and work back to the cockpit. I give the cockpit a second quick cleaning at the end.
I start in the middle and then go both ways.
I start at the top and work down, cabin top, bow to cockpit lastly cockpit floor.

If your cleaning topsides, the footprints in the cockpit are left by someone walking in the cockpit.
