After those filters are changed out (I have never done it in the past but I would like to do so this year) is there some bleeding of the system that has to be done before I start the engine. Just curious about the protocol. Is it just like the oil filter; where after the change out, you just run the engine?

If the usual tick...tick...tick... of the fuel pump suddenly increases in speed, just give it a couple of minutes and it will slow back down to its usual speed.
I learned this the hard way. I thought I had a bad fuel pump. Bought a new one and threw the old one away only to find the new one still had the faster ticking. After a couple of minutes, no problem.
Cliff : As I have always suggested, change one filter at a time and run the engine in-between.
That way if you have problems you know which filter may not be ON correctly!
