Post by: anon on June 27, 2017, 12:10:53 PM
I know that they changed to a 3 board system with the MKII but are the dimensions measured in the board grooves the same please?

Sorry I don't have the dimensions, my MK 1.5 has the 3 board system also, 1090, built in 1990.

My OEM board are:
Top Board: 36 1/2" (top width) 30 1/4" (bottom width) x 11 1/2" (height)

Bottom Board: 30 1/4" (top width)  x 24" (bottom width) x 12 1/4" (height)

I made a "winter board" that I use in the companionway while the boat is on the hard.  It fits well and I just measured it.

Width at the top 36 1/4"
Width at the bottom 24"
Height 23 1/2" (this is a one piece board)
Thickness at the slots - just a hair under 3/4"

This is consistent with Mark's measurements within 1/4"

Thanks everyone. I have bought a folding door made for a MK II which is why I was asking the question.
