Title: Size of Masthead sheaves
Post by: Paulus on January 13, 2011, 01:00:39 PM
Those of you that have replaced your masthead sheaves with the Garhauer rolling bearing sheaves, do you remember the size?  I have my mast down and would like to order the roller bearing sheaves.  The mast is out in the cold and snow here in Michigan.
Appreciate any info.
Paul

Just talk to Garhauer; they'll get you the right size.  They are great folks to work with.   :thumb:

I did exactly what Ted reccomends. They knew what I was after and sent it.

I don't suppose it is possible to replace the Masthead Sheaves with the mast in place on the water (either a bosun chair or other lift)? I would really like to replace mine but won't have the mast down for at least another year, maybe two.

Thanks, Kirk
