We have been watching news on the C34 Nationals to be held in San Francisco in September. We can't get to the States this year, but are hoping to travel there in the latter part of 2003. Has any decision been made yet on the location for the 2003 Nationals? We would love to be involved (bit far to bring "Trader Jack") but we could hopefully organise our trip around next years event.Any information appreciated.
It would be nice to have it down under, but that might be pushing it... This year is the 5th time Fleet 1 has sponsored the National Ragatta in San Francisco. I would like to see Fleet 12 give it a try since they are the biggest C34 Fleet and they have the wonderful Chesapeake Bay to play on.

Thanks Dave. Its a pity we can't make it this year as San Francisco is our preferred entry into the USA and next year we will be heading up the West Coast to Portland and points North. You're obviously so darn good at holding it you should do it again next year! We have friends coming down from California for the America's cup. Our harbour and Hauraki Gulf sound a bit easier than yours.
