I am finally getting around to doing this project.
Thanks,
Doug
Doug : Don't think too many people (except Ron) have extra engine mounts sitting around.
Call Vetus at (410)712-0740 and order a set of 4. :clap
Just getting around to this one myself. I did find the mounts at www.Go2Marine.com (http://www.go2marine.com) for $62.97 each, about $3 less than what Vetus sells them for. May offset at least the shipping . . .
Still debating betwen -50's and -75's. Ron, you are st up with -50's in front and -75's in the rear if I recall your posts correctly, right? If you had it to do over, would you go with all -75's?
Thanks!!
Michael
Michael : Yes, I have the K50s in front and the K75s in the rear.
I'd advise to go with the K75s. The K50s were slightly softer for the rear, even though they "theoretically" should do OK with for the weight, HP & torque of the M25XP - a slightly heavier mount does better. They are the same size (hole wise) so there's no difference in mounting them. :clap
I have two new k50's - $60 for the pair.

I read everything that Ron wrote about this subject AND then bit the bullet and purchased 4 K-75's. I am pleased with the results. I think the K-75's are the way to go!
