1990 1041 with Universal M35 — We have been experiencing some transmission (maybe? See previous post) slippage and inspecting the fluid, RAW WATER squirted out of the transmission dipstick!
We are in Key West feeling a bit screwed - please help!
Suck it out then refill an hope for the best.
SV : Pray tell - How did the Raw Water get into the transmission??
Drip down from the heat exchanger? and into the vent hole on the dipstick???
Best determine how to stop that raw water from getting inside the transmission!?! :shock:
A few thoughts???
