A Dr.LED male festoon (points, not dimpled) LED bulb for an Aquasignal Series 25 nav light. A star type reflecting, rather than a paddle type SMD bulb.

Thanks for the info Ken. I connected it to a power supply and it does work, only drawing 90 mA. Dave
