Zarcor marine, just received custom stern perch seat cushions from them. Very pleased.

Cruising concepts is the only manufacturer I can find. Just looking for other options.

      Glen,

        Not only did I once have a Healey('57 100-6) I currently have two, a '58 100-6 and a '74 Jensen-Healey as well as a '79 TR7, but who's counting.

Yes. Me!!!!
I just made 2 sets. One out of teak and the other out of mahogany.
They have a insect screen and removable acrylic panels.

Interesting design
Are you making these for sale?
Any leaks on the piano hinge or inserts when raining ?
More Pics please
( Boat in pic does not look like c34 Mk I  or II)

very nice job, not sure what MarcZ meant by Piano Hinges, and it certainly looks like a C34 MK1, Someday I'm gonna take time and hopefully make doors, awesome job

I agree that the photo looks odd for a C34. Threshold is too low and trim not wide enough. I may be confused and photo may be distorted...but, meanwhile, doors look great! 8)

Yeah! Seeing the inside photo confirmed it is not a C34. The instrument panel has the Ericson Yachts logo.

Sorry I just picked random photo showing piano hinge usage in companion way doors -  It is not same door or boat

I guess we have to wait for Womble to clarify.

Very good design, door has piano hinge in center & it folds outward but is removable.

Any chance to get drawings if not making for sale?

I definitely like the folding to one side idea better then popular - halve on each side
However I'm sill wondering about the "rain proofing"
I was contemplating use of some gasket or overlap to keep the splash or rain water on the outside.
Is it something I need to worry about  ?

These doors were made for C30 boats.
We did some unrealistic testing by squirting water from a hose directly at the doors and there was no leaking anywhere.
There is indeed a piano hinge in the middle.
The "pocket" that holds the acrylic in place has weep holes in the bottom.

womble,

Nice work, I do like the one piece concept for storage. And it's pretty too!
