Long story, but I bent up my bow pulpit today, is there a way to straighten it out, if not has any one replaced there's recently.
Thanks Ron

Absent any photos, replace, don't repair.  I have had it done twice, in 2014 and 2016.  Simple.  Insurance???  Was for mine.

All depends on how damaged and how good a welder you have - my buddy (stainless fabricator) used to do work for marina and could do wonders.  If you're good (he IS) it's possible to replace a very bent up section without any evidence --  he rebuilt my C30 stern rail into perch seats and you can barely see the welds on the straight sections that were modified.

Twenty years from now you'll be more disappointed by the things you didn't do, than by the ones you did.
So throw off the bowlines.  Sail away from the safe harbor.  Catch the tradewinds in your sails.

My PO bent my bow pulpit some, but not too too bad. Without insurance though,  $1000 could go to better places on the boat. Let us know if you find any good solutions.  Stainless is really tough to bend.

Stainless is not tough to bend.

It IS tough to straighten out.   :D :D :D :D

I had to replace mine after it got bent in hurricane Sandy a few years ago. Ordered a replacement from Catalina Direct. @ $700, if I remember correctly. No issues. Even the holes in the feet lined up!
