Prop Vibration

This vibration is often normal when going from a three blade to a two blade. Also a folding prop moves the blade centers CONSIDERABLY further aft and can induce "shaft whip" especially at the shaft lenghts you have on a C-34.. Also make 150% sure you have a proper interference (light press fit) fit between shaft and coupling, if you re-used the old coupling.

Our own two blade Flex-O-Fold was so bad it was removed during a short haul after less than a month of use. The vibration it created was simply not tolerable.....
