GTU gore shaft vs drip less moldable

I have used the GTU gore shaft successfully
But the moldable drip less makes a nice promise
I wonder what people have experienced

GTU has been replaced by better Ultra X material, and the green goop is so 1980s as to make my boat look new!  :D

Cliff : I have used both and much preferred the Gore because it's easier to use.
