I have both navionics and iNavX and both seem ok. The one I really like is EarthNC Marine Charts. It uses the NOAA raster charts and will automatically load the correct chart as you scroll and zoom. Also lets you select a rectangular area and download all charts for the area, so you don't need to know which charts to download.

I've tried both the "Navionics" and "marine Charts" app for the IPhone and IPad.  The "Marine Charts" app is the actual NOAA "paper" charts and will overlay google earth and also radar & weather with an XM service overlay.  Cost is $19.99 in the app store.  We prefer to use the marine chart app over our new garmin.
