Replaced my "ginormous" instrument pod with one a bit smaller....also a new Chart Plotter for good measure. Anyone want to buy a used CP170C by Standard Horizon? The other instruments will go to the great beyond.  :cry4`

I've also got a Tack Tick dual display and a triducer to go in later this year. I need to put the new thru-hull fitting in when we haul her for paint late this year. If I get a Wind Instrument, it will go on the other side of the CP. I may put an inclinometer in place to fill the gap in the meantime.

I also bought some .220 plexiglass at Home Depot and made a new cover for the instrument panel.  :clap

Ed : I noted your improvements that look pretty nice.

I guess that you haven't seen the lexan cover I made for my my engine instruments that cover the entire panel.  There is a slot cut out for the engine cutoff  and 1" holes cut for the "push switches" like the starter and glow plugs.  That way you can put screw on rubber coverings over those switches and the ignition key insert - so they are water resistant!!

Then I noted your AMPMETER!!  Guess you are just waiting for the short circuit and fire that is going to burn up your boat !??!

Instead of looking at new upgrades you might want to READ and UNDERSTAND the Critical Update call "WIRING HARNESS UPDATE.
You need to look at the critical updates seriously for your own and your crews safety !   A thought

Ron, I've got a list of about 10 items that I've got an electrician working on. The upgrade is one of them. With my ludicrous travel schedule, I stick to the "fun stuff" on wife's orders now.
