Scoty,
You will LOVE the stern rail seats.  Worth every dollar.  I got ours from Zarcor.com if you are looking.
As for auto pilot, the Edson pedistall has a brake on it.  Crank it down.  Or put the admiral on it for a bit.

Scotty, congratulations on your first year.  Happy Anniversary and many, many more.

We have A stern rail seat, to port.  One, not both, but I would be pleased to trace it out for you and take pictures of the hardware.  I got a new seat when the old one broke by using it as a template, buying the "starboard" 3/8" material for like less than $40 as a remnant at a plastics shop, and cut it with a friend's hand saw, and routed the edges, made a hole for the drink holder (very ! important!!! :D).  The hardware is easy: an aluminum leg with a chair tip, and two rail clamps.  Easy and very frugal.  Lemme know.  Great for Mark I boats.

Hey Stu,
Why not add your "stern rail seat for Mk I boats" to the Tech Wiki project pages?  I'm sure other Mk I owners would be interested.  (I know my mate is.)

Mark, good idea.  I'll take some pitcures and measurements next week and post them.
