Vetus engine

I've got a buddy looking at a boat with a Vetus 22 HP engine.  Not familiar with the brand.  What's the good and bad about it?  Anyone know?

Chuck : I looked at a Vetus when I decided to re-power.  Looked like a nice power plant, but decided to take the easy way out and get another Universal.  

I'm sure that Vetus makes a great engine (probably someone elses block!) - like Kubota.

The main questions are WILL IT FIT !!!!!! How much changing do you have to do - ie. fuel lines, throttle cable & shifter side, wiring connections etc. etc. etc.
