Water Pressure Pump Redux

The pump began recycling every five minutes and then, when I drew water from the faucets, a very small flow would occur.  The pump would recycle for twenty-thirty seconds.

When I figured out how to disconnect the filter (it was easy), and took the filter appart, there was a 1/4 inch of sludge and crud stuck on the filter.  Problem solved.

So, when the pump is phantom cycling, check the filter.
