After reading tech notes about keel bolts needing to be checked for torque, I found two values for how tight my keel bolts should be, the first value was 107 ft. lbs. and the second was 115 ft. lbs. Does anyone know the correct value, or will either value be sufficient? While I'm doing extended repairs / maintenance and the boat is still on land, I'd love any input I can get to be able to take this off my to-worry-about-list.

As always, thanks for the help, this website is incredible!

Nick : As I recall it's 107 ftlbs.

Ron Thanks, I discovered that the average torque was 35..45 lbs. The last time I was out sailing I was in 12 ft waves. I'll never go in the water again without checking my keel bolts. Of course, the next logical question is why were they so loose to begin with. Always some other mystery to solve.

Thanks again for the info.
