It's been a long time since I've had my RV but I seem to remember repairing my water tank with a product from Camping World, the RVers version of West Marine.

Thanks, Lance, Rick, Ron et al.  Took the tank to Maritime Plastics in Annapolis, who said they can do the repair.  My tank is polypropylene, which they said is hard to work with, and for which reason they said boat manufacturers have gone to other materials for tanks.
