I wanted to replace the underdeck slider incandescent fixture.  Some of them are burned up and the ones that still work are woefully underpowered.  what have some of you done?  I would like it brighter and I do not like florescent very much.

Thanks

I suggest a search on "cabin lights" (use " marks to get the phrase) which brings up many threads, also search on LEDs.

jst : I still have 3 of the 4 slider lights that work fine.
I believe that your biggest problem is to get rid of the "blue" ground connectors in the cabin light circuit and you'll gain back the power. You'll also cut out some goofie happenings with the cabin lights going out and the running light turning on!!  A thought

Ron,
Can you provide more background on the blue ground wires you referred to? Or has it been covered well in a previous post?

thanks,
