Check out the projects page...some have created their own version...I'm sure they'll provide you with what they did. However, I'll be at my boat in about 2 weeks (1998)...I can measure it up for you...let me know.

I love the Edson cockpit table but hated the price which was in the vicinity of $550.00 if memory servers me.  As I am fairly handy with a table saw, belt sander, and some hand tools so I decided to build one myself that is identical in every way, shape and form to the Edson table with about $25.00 worth of mahogany.  Edson sells the pedistal mounting bracket (without the table) for about $125.00 (expensive but worth it in my opinion) which I purchased.  My table is on the boat for the winter but I will be happy to take some measurments the next time I am down to the boat which probably will not be for a few weeks yet.

Jim : David has the right idea - make your own. 
I bought a small teak table back in 1989.  It was a narrow pedestal that went up and then down for stowage.  Since then I've modified that table 3 more times, extending it out (in length), adding folding leaves, changing to flush hinges and adding to the width of the leaves (with fiddles for more support underneath). 
The bottom line is that if it's made out of wood (teak) you can add and modify to "your hearts content" and it'll still look great!! 
A thought.

We built our own as well using starboard plastic vs. teak (one less thing to varnish!).  I purchased drink/binocular holder that was wide enough and hinged the table to the bottom of it using stainless piano hinge.  We use a single stainless leg that stows in the lazarette and keep the table stowed against the binnacle guard with a shock cord when not in use.  To mount the table to the stainless guard, I used hinged plastic mounts that secure with wing nuts.  These are screwed into the back of the drink holder and allow the entire table to be removed easily if desired.

The Life Sling folks offer a plastic rail clamp that will work--two varieties, one that uses screws and the other wing nuts (quick release).  The wing nut is an "HR Quick-Mount Plastic Rail Clamp", part number HR-200.  West Marine does stock them (WM # 153270) for $32.99/pair.  You may find them at a more inexpensive price if you spend some time searching the net.
