Whisker Pole

In an effort to improve downwind sailing performance I am looking to purchase
a whisker pole for my 135 ginney.  Any recommendations as to size(diameter/
lenght) or other characteristics to look for.  Thanks in advance.

Don - My boat came with a Forespar LC12-22.  It works pretty well.
