Removing a Nicro-Fico traveler track and installing Garhauer

Rick : See the most recent Mainsheet (Feb 07) and you'll see that I mention it's important to tell Garhauer if you have a "recessed" or "on the deck" Genoa track - the movable Genoa car systems ARE different!!  :!:

Joe and Carol

One 34 owner, instead of drilling a hole for the Garhauer rubber stop bumpers, just placed one of the bumpers with washer under the head of a track mounting bolt.  Works perfectly.  Saved installation time. :D

That's a good idea if you are replacing the track.  If you are just upgrading the car and end pieces it is probably easier to drill the hole than remove one of the mounting bolts.
