Interesting Lesson Learned...we had a "sweet" smell that became quite noticeable in the cabin as the engine warmed up.  Obvious source was anti-freeze, but we weren't loosing any coolant.  I wasn't too concerned since the coolant level was fine, and there was no sign of salt water in the system (as might be the case if there were a leak within the heat exchanger).  As a proponent of the "fix the easiest thing first" school of maintenance I pulled the radiator cap and started to look for a replacement.  Well, turns out that someone had replaced the original cap some time back with a cap rated for 7PSI.  A quick check of the Universal parts list for the M-25XP showed a cap rated for 15PSI.  Put on a new cap of the appropriate rating and problem solved.  Beats the heck out of changing an exhaust manifold or head gasket...

Where did you get the new cap? There is a Kubota tractor place now in Navarre which might be a less expensive source for Universal parts if you need any in the future.

Autozone.  Most radiator caps are a standard dimension, so it's just a matter of finding the correct pressure rating.  Didn't know about the Kobuta dealer, though so thanks for the head's up!
