Pompanette -- Hood and Bomar parts

Am I alone in wondering if anyone is really up there in New Hampshire?   I have sent a couple of e-mails requesting info/parts for my Hood furler, and followed up with a phone call that stayed in "call waiting" oblivion until I gave up..  I'm also in need of  parts for a Bomar hatch lens -- but it seems no one's there!

I got my furler parts from the pompanette dealer in Fla.  Think the phone number is on their web site

My recent (and only) experience was positive.  They were helpful in getting me the right replacement parts for my older hatches.  I used the email straight off the pompanette.com web site.
