Looking for info fridge top hinges

I would think Corian is probably heavier than our MKl Formica fridge inserts? If so, hinges might be a nice enhancement?

All : The Corian fridge lid of the MK II is definitely thicker and much heavier than the MK I Formica lid!!!

Guys : The Mk II has a Corian rather than a Formica counter top.

Depending on your lid, I was able to screw a brass cup holder in the underside of the teak above and have it catch (when open) the ring on the fridge lid - so it will stay open!!
