I recently installed a repair kit for my Par toilet.  Now is screeches and is very hard to pump.  I've tried the usual remedies - vegetable oil, dish soap, grease on the pump shaft but they only help for a short time.
Any other suggestions?

Unscrew the top of the pump and put SeaLube inside the cylinder.
