Synthetic Oil

I have been using 5W-50 Castrol Syntec oil for the past several years now. Since synthetic oil is a "pure" oil' ,i.e., no detergents, no additives, low moisture adsorption, etc., I felt it perfect for my universal 25xp. I'm also noticing that the engine runs cooler even with all the upgrades, for example, 15x10 three blade prop and Powerline 130 Amp alternator. Any comments? (hjrecla@erols.com)
