Adler Barbour module removal

Any body know how to remove the module off of an A.B. refer. compressor 1988 C-34 OEM. Been hanging upside down for few hours and removed every screw I could find but no luck.

Bob, if you're talking about the electronic module, it should just pull straight out.

Hi Bob,

On the side of the compressor where the cable from the control module meets the compressor is a plastic fitting with a metal "spring" wire across the plastic cover.  Grab the wire from both sides of the plastic cover and pull the "spring wire away from both sides at the same time.  Once the wire is removed you can remove the plastic cover and then pull the  cable connector straight away from the compressor side.
