My family situation has changed and I am moving to a land locked area. I bought this boat in 2021 and brought it fully up to spec and then some. It is located at the Herrington Harbour North Marina in Deale, MD. Price includes slip at HH North and launch in the Spring 5K value. This is my first time listing a boat, so if I miss something important please let me know. Asking price $67500. I do realize that it's higher than the normal market, which is at around 40K but please go through the upgrades to understand the ask. I am not trying to make money here. Because there is a limitation on the number of photos here, please see more at https://www.sailboatlistings.com/view/103194

It looks like you have a nice, clean, 1988 C34 MKI. Since you asked for feedback here goes. Regardless of all the "upgrades" and money you invested in her—- unfortunately, in my opinion, your boat's value is $45k TOPS in today's marketplace. If you want to sell it you need to significantly lower your price.

Thank you Noah for your feedback. I already have few people interested so for now will stick to the listing price. And of course it's negotiable. I fully understand that I am taking a big loss here. The only reason why I did the upgrades is my plan was to keep the boat for 10 years and then sell it.

Not that I am not rooting for you. To the contrary. "I have the nicest 1990 afloat" (according to me😎) that "has cost us over a million $" (according to my wife 😂), but the insured value is $35,000 (according to BoatUS/Geico)
I and everyone on this Forum would love for you to sell yours at $65,000. I wish you luck. Keep us posted.
