Had the same problem when rebeding mine, only in those where leaking. I guess bit of water helps corrosion. I applied visegrips on spacer, rock back and forth.... loosen ... white powder came of.

square metal piece (key) in to shaft grove, (esiest when grove is facing sky), then slide wheel (wheel grove pointing down). make sure that back of the hub is rested/touching, "C" clip on the shaft firmly, then, screw nut on to shaft.

Sorry, to bump in to conversation, but why would we need drag needle? I'm assuming, that where would be the highest vac created?

"None" is good! Vaccum gauge will operate, if filter is plugging up. Zero vaccum=full flow. Check with high rpm (full throttle). After changing my fuel tank and all fuel lines it took  all summer to move just a bit. When it goes to about "-20", is time to change filter.

Hi Paul!
The only swivel, I find out, will work for what you want to accomplish (BTW. same issue) is Anchorlift, anchor tunrer kit. I have installed and it really works with my Rocna 15 kg. No regrets. :clap. 5/16 chain. Price little steep at $183. It works! No more annoing/dangerous, reaching for chain to twist to right position!

You probably lost one of wedges, they go between spreader end and mast surface.  Since mast surface is curved and the end of spreader is straight, wedges are curved on one side and straight on the other, to give even compresion on touching point. Catalina Direct sells them. https://www.catalinadirect.com/index.cfm/product/1953_774/spreader-base-castingsbrc-34-c-36.cfm
