Our GPS is safe from LightSquared for now.  Here is a press release from BoatUS.

What is really baffling about this whole mess is that some where along the line this did not get squashed a long time ago, that it was alowed to go as far as it has before some one pulled the plug on it.  I guess "Money Talks, BS Walks".
