During the winterization, I managed to strip one fo the faucet valves on the rear cockpit shower. Can't turn it off. Willing to replace the entire unit. Anyone do this or can I get a lead on a like sized unit? No fiberglass work. Thx.

Fawcets are pretty standard.  You should be able to get the stripped parts replaced.  Should be a whole lot easier and cheaper than replacing the whole unit.
