Visit www.thesailwarehouse.com and request their catalog for a general idea on what is involved.  (I do not recommend them necessarily, but they are an option).  There are lots of variables, but figure $1,000 to $2,500 depending on what you want.  Aluminum tubing coats less but isn't as rugged as stainless steel.  7/8" or 1" tubing?  Opening center panel, zippers for lines (and traveller cleat access)?  Side hand rails, rear handrail?  Leather trailing edge?  Etc.
 I had mine made locally and that made it easier for me to explain what I wanted and discuss their suggestions.
